Henry in interview: All the pressure is on Chelsea

Karl Henry – defensive midfielder and captain of Wolves – talked to Birmingham Mail today about the match against Chelsea.

We have got nothing to lose, which is a good thing. We can go and play and try and upset a top, top team. There is no pressure on us, all the pressure is on Chelsea to come forward and try and attack us and get goals. It’s not a bad position to be in, but it is a good opportunity for us to give a good account of ourselves.

They have got a fantastic team, that’s why they are favourites to win the Premier League. We have been watching these teams – Chelsea and Manchester United – for the last three years on Match of the Day and how the title races in the Premier League has been unfolding. Now we can maybe make a difference, so it’s a great opportunity and if we can give a good account of ourselves and take something from the game it would be fantastic.

Henry think that Wolves don’t have the points they should have

That’s football. We are not naive enough to think we are the only ones sitting here thinking we should be on more points. We know other teams will be thinking the same. Everyone will have dropped points they feel they shouldn’t have. We have been playing well and we don’t think the points we have are a reflection on that.
