Loan Watch: Vokes sub Gradel scores in 89th

Leeds played their 20th match without a defeat in the match against Leyton Orient yesterday. Sam Vokes had a shot over the crossbar after half an hour but nothing else is reported from him in the match.

After an hour he was substituted with Gradel – a loan player from Leicester who came at the same time as Vokes to Leeds. Gradel fired the winning goal for Leeds in the 89th minute.

Vokes has yet to score at Elland Road, but he gets good match training. Let’s just hope he gets more chances to show what he can do.
