Loan Watch: Ikeme let two in but Blades wins

Carl Ikeme played his first match for Sheffield United yesterday and when he had to take the ball out from the net in the 95th minute everybody thought that it was going to be a draw between Bristol City and Blades, but just a minute later Darius Henderson scored his third and Bristol City lost on home soil for the first time in eleven months.

In Scunthorpe George Friend sat on the bench all match long when they drew against Leicester.

Another Wolves player on loan – Danny Batth in Colchester – was also sitting on the bench, for the second match in a row, where he could watch his team mate John Joe O’Toole finding the net from 12 yards in extra time against The Bulls.
