Loan Watch: David Davis back in Wolverhampton

The Wolves out on-loan midfielder David Davis is back in Wolverhampton.

He has played for Darlington in the absolute bottom of League Two. Five league matches and one FA Cup match is the result for the 18-year-old midfielder. But the three last matches for Darlington was postponed because of the frozen pitch. Mick McCarthy told the press a month ago that Dave Davis and Scott Malone are part of Wolves plans.

  1. We should go for Freddy Adu. There are rumours that he is available. Hull consider taking him in on a loan deal. He’s still only twenty years old, and is featuring regularly on the US national team. A physically strong player.

  2. Maybe. I saw something about him on the telly a couple of years ago. An American wonderkid. But I think he must have at least half a season to get ready for the PL. We need to get players with experience that can play tomorrow (or at least on Saturday9 😆

  3. Yeah… it would be a gamble. I generally think it is easier to adapt for an attacker than a midfielder, though.
