Leicester City signs Wolves keeper on loan

Leicester have signed Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme on an emergency loan for a month.

They got their first keeper Chris Weale injured against Burnley and wanted a replacement that can go straight into the team.

Weale is not severely injured and it is very possible that Carl will stand between the City uprights just for the game against Reading on Saturday.

It is a good measurement on the quality of Wolves keepers when the one ranked third is wanted for immediate play in the Championships.

Nothing much more to say about that, really. Good practise for Ikeme and I hope he will help them keep a clean sheet.
